Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dp69 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

By accessing the dp69 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of access, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any native application provided by dp69. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account and use the dp69 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:
Indonesia Context: The Platform is designed to serve users in Indonesia who access international online gaming platforms. You must be at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that you access the Platform at your own discretion and in accordance with the laws applicable in your location.
To access dp69's services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to:
dp69 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify dp69 support at [email protected] if any registered information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dp69 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the dp69 Platform. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
dp69 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit the following documents at any time, including before your first withdrawal:
dp69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account closure.
All submitted KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely using AES-256 encryption and are never shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors.
dp69 accepts deposits through the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; Players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for current limits applicable to their profile.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your dp69 account within 1–5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the sending bank. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases. dp69 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. In the event of a deposit that does not credit within 30 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt and transaction reference number.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a bank account or e-wallet not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed, and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
dp69 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are applied at the account tier level. VIP Players are subject to higher daily limits as communicated through the VIP program terms.
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB) are processed within 5 minutes in the majority of cases. Requests submitted outside these hours, or on Indonesian public holidays, may take up to 24 hours to process. dp69 aims to process all pending withdrawal requests within one business day.
dp69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including KYC documents not previously submitted, or a re-confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dp69 account.
As a general rule, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of sufficient value. dp69 reserves the right to enforce this policy to comply with anti-money laundering standards.
dp69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 15x and 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to wager a total of Rp 2.000.000 before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided without prior notice.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:
All bonus funds have a validity period of 7 calendar days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
dp69 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic low-variance play exclusively for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. Where abuse is detected, dp69 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
All games available on the dp69 Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface.
The dp69 sportsbook — including bandar bola (online football bookmaking) markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — operates under the trading rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single voided event results in the leg being removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining odds.
All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Results are determined by official competition governing bodies (FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 management, and equivalent authorities). dp69 reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is in question or where a technical error has led to incorrect odds being published.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game outcome is determined by the relevant game server at the time of disconnection. dp69 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection due to the Player's internet connection, device failure, or browser malfunction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dp69 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of dp69.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dp69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Upon termination of an account for cause, dp69 reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no breach exists, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dp69 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a panel of a mutually agreed arbitration body in the applicable offshore jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent dp69 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.
dp69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — Players will be notified via their registered email address or via a prominent Platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
